Some of the features:
Site Limits – Set a dollar limit for sites that store managers are authorised to work up to. Anything above this amount is quoted by VIP Lighting and sent to your Head Office for approval.
Scheduled Visits – VIP Lighting technicians have set weekly run sheets created by our Head Office account managers detailing specific work and ensuring quick turnaround times.
Walk In Visits – Our large customer base means there is never a VIP Lighting technician far away. While attending to our other clients scheduled visits we can do a quick visual inspection of your site before leaving the centre.
Monthly Phone Checks – VIP Lighting’s customer service team contact your locations once a month to check to see if there are any issues requiring attention. This is a popular with multi-store clients.
